Standard samples cost between $100–$300 depending on complexity. The turnaround is typically 5–8 business days for the first sample, with revisions taking 3–5 days.

Is the sample fee refundable?

For long-term partners, we waive sample costs. For first-time clients, if your final order exceeds 3,000 units and the sample fee was under $300, we provide a full refund of the sample cost.

What payment terms do you accept?

Our standard terms are a 30% T/T deposit after order confirmation, with the balance paid before shipping. For smaller orders, we may require a 50% deposit or full payment upfront.
